Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Tevekkul Vakti (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. The content
The Arabic text of the Qur’an is the Uthmani script, Hafs reading. Translations are by Saheeh International (English), Diyanet Vakfı (Turkish), Kementerian Agama RI (Indonesian) and Sherif Ahmeti (Albanian); they convey the meaning and are not the Qur’an itself. Reflections, design, code and other material in the app belong to the developer or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use.
3. Premium
The app is free to use. Premium is optional and is bought through the App Store in one of two ways:
- Yearly subscription with a free trial. The yearly plan is an auto-renewing subscription. If you are eligible, it starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends. After that it renews each year at the price then shown, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current year. If you buy Premium during a trial, any unused part of the trial ends.
- Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel the subscription at any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. When you cancel, Premium stays until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Lifetime. A non-consumable in-app purchase. You pay once and keep Premium; it does not renew.
- Price. Prices are set per country and shown in your local currency in the App Store before you buy. They are charged to your Apple ID when you confirm.
- Restore. You can restore Premium on any device signed in to the same Apple ID, using “Restore purchases” in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple’s policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- What’s included may grow over time. Seasonal programs may be offered free during their season.
Earlier subscriptions. If you subscribed to a weekly or monthly plan in an earlier version of the app, that subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it, as described above.
4. Prayer times and Qibla
Prayer times are calculated from your location using standard methods, which differ between schools and regions. The Qibla direction depends on your device’s sensors. Please check times with your local mosque. The developer is not liable for inaccuracies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm the app or other people.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It is a companion for reflection and does not replace scholarly guidance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Questions: contact@titanix.dev.
